• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
• Before leaving, please leave the windows slightly tilted open (top edge) and switch on the bathroom exhaust fan to ensure proper ventilation.
• Before leaving, please switch off the lights and lock the door.
• Pets are welcome only with prior approval.
• Please separate waste according to the recycling guidelines provided.
